Privacy Policy

Memopix is built to be private by design. Everything the app does — photo analysis, collage generation, editing, and export — happens entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Memopix has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no servers of its own. We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any personal data.

Your photos

• Photos you select are processed only on your iPhone and are never uploaded anywhere.
• Photo scoring (sharpness, brightness, face detection) runs locally using Apple's on-device frameworks.
• Your projects are saved in the app's private storage on your device and in your device backups, under your control.
• Saving an export to your photo library only happens when you tap "Save to Photos," using write-only access.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Widget

The "Memory of the Day" widget reads project thumbnails from a private container shared only between Memopix and its widget on your device.

Children

Memopix does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it collects no information at all.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
