Terms of Use

Effective July 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Memopix iOS application ("Memopix", "the app"), operated by Menan Sali ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Memopix you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Memopix on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. This license is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you use and the collages you create. We claim no ownership of your content — it never leaves your device (see our Privacy Policy).
• You are responsible for the photos you use. Only use photos you own or have permission to use.
• Collages you export are yours to print, share, gift, or sell.

3. Memopix Pro

• Memopix offers optional paid upgrades: auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Free-trial time, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies — request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app; not to use it to create content that is unlawful; and not to interfere with the app's operation or its licensing checks.

5. Intellectual property

The Memopix name, app icon, templates, designs, and software are our property or licensed to us and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, other than the license in Section 1.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Memopix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Always keep your own backups of photos that matter to you.

7. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach them. You can terminate at any time by deleting the app; Sections 2, 5, and 6 survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be at this page, with its effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.

9. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Memopix and is not responsible for the app or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where these Terms provide less than Apple's minimum terms for licensed applications, Apple's standard EULA applies.
